About Jeff
With a multifaceted career that spans over three decades in the voiceover industry, Jeff Howell is a highly respected casting director and production powerhouse. From humble beginnings as a voiceover agent, Jeff has expertly navigated his way through the ranks to become a true titan in the field. His diverse roles have included casting director, commercial producer, VP of Production, dubbing director, and voice coach, making him one of the most versatile figures in the entertainment industry.
Jeff’s impressive portfolio boasts the production of commercials for hundreds of national accounts, garnering accolades for his work across network radio and television promos for prestigious names such as CBS, FOX, Comedy Central, Food Network, A&E, and National Geographic. His expertise extends into the realm of audio, where he served as post-production supervisor and director for numerous sci-fi audio novels produced by Star Trek luminaries Leonard Nimoy and John de Lancie.
His recent projects also feature impressive credits for dubbing numerous international films and episodic series for Netflix and HBO Max, directing the voiceover for the Emmy-winning 2018 Nike TV campaign featuring Colin Kaepernick, and lending his direction to actor Stephen Fry for his autobiographical audiobook, “Making History.”
