About Tim
Tim Friedlander is a voice actor, studio owner, and one of the leading voices in the industry on AI policy and performer advocacy. As president and co-founder of the National Association of Voice Actors (NAVA), he has testified before the FTC on AI's impact on voice actors and has been quoted in major outlets including the LA Times, WIRED, the New York Times, and the BBC.
His voiceover work spans animation, gaming, and broadcast, including roles in Record of Ragnarok (Ares), the Like A Dragon video game series (Daigo Dojima), One Punch Man, Hunter x Hunter, and Ace Combat 7. He's also the voice of CBS's Professional Bull Riders broadcasts and has produced promos for CBS, FOX, Comedy Central, Food Network, A&E, and National Geographic. Tim operates soundBOX:LA, his Los Angeles-based studio, and co-edits The Voice Over Resource Guide. He is represented by Atlas Talent and ACM Talent Management.
